LA Road Runners – Santa Monica (on-going)
Saturdays | 7am (Walkers Meet at 6:30am)
For registered members of LA Road Runners
Meets at the Totem Pole, Santa Monica (this is the picnic area at Ocean Ave near San Vicente Blvd).
Free parking on Georgina, Marguerita, Alta Ave, and other residential streets (give yourself a little extra time to park and walk over). There are picnic tables and bathrooms at this location.
What to expect: After a warm up, be ready to run, walk, or run/walk your longest mileage of the week with a pace leader. Wear comfortable athletic clothes/shoes (an LARR shirt if you have one). Bring a water bottle to carry and refill as needed. New members will be matched with a pace group.

Sundays | 7am
For registered members of LA Road Runners
Meets at the Muth Nature Center (beginning 12/11) located at 2301 University Dr, Newport Beach, CA 92660
Free parking in lot. Bathrooms available on site.
What to expect: After a warm up, be ready to run, walk, or run/walk your longest mileage of the week with a pace group.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes/shoes (an LARR shirt if you have one). Bring a water bottle to carry and refill as needed. Note that this location is much smaller than the Santa Monica group, but there's much more chance to interact with Coach David.

Track Night - Santa Monica
Wednesdays | 6:30pm (on-going)
For registered members of LA Road Runners
Meets at Santa Monica High School Track. 601 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica.
Free street parking There is parking on campus (entrance off of Olympic Blvd., between 4th Street and Lincoln Blvd; in the neighborhood south of Pico, and in the Civic Center paid parking structure on Olympic & 4th Street (parking rates: 30 min free, then $0.50 per each additional 30 minutes).
What to expect: Coached track workouts. 5 different run or walk groups for all levels.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes/shoes. Bring a water bottle (no food on track)
(Alternate location when school is closed - at corner of Pico and Ocean Front Walk (nearShutters Hotel). Parking lots close early so park on Pico or at the Civic Center lot.
